Philip Armstrong

Philip S. Armstrong, 90 of Greensburg, passed away Wednesday, February 11, 2015 at his home.

He/ was born in 1924 David and Antoinette (Whittle) Armstrong Worcester, MA

He was a veteran of WWII serving in the United States Army. He was stationed at Camp Rimini in Montana and also served in New Foundland.

He is survived by two sons, James W. Armstrong and wife Cynthia, West Brookfield, MA; Robert C. Armstrong and wife Michele, Greensburg; a step-son, William Onuffer and wife Angela, Greensburg; a step daughter, Marcia Onuffer, Erie; five grandchildren; five great grandchildren and a brother, David "Bud" Armstrong, Helena, MT.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his first wife Mary Rose Armstrong, an infant daughter, Christina Armstrong; his second wife, Mary Jane Armstrong, a brother Robert W. Armstrong, and a step daughter Susan Newcombe.

Friends will be received on Saturday from 10:00 to 12:00PM at the Kepple-Graft Funeral Home, Greensburg, where a memorial service will be held at 12:00 PM.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be either to your local or National Boys and Girls Clubs of America, 1275 Peach St. NE; Atlanta, GA 30309-3506.
