Phyllis L. Kramer, 82 of Greensburg passed away on Friday 8/22/2014 at the Redstone Highlands in Greensburg.
She was born in Greensburg on 1/16/1932 and was the daughter of the late Castle and Bernice Pyle. Earlier in life Phyllis had moved to Virginia Beach and worked as a new construction inspector for the State of Virginia. She later came back to Greensburg and became the librarian at the old Greensburg Library. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Greensburg and was a former volunteer at Westmoreland Manor.
Phyllis is survived by her loving husband Dr. Herbert Kramer also of Redstone Highlands and two brothers Jack and Kenneth Pyle and two sisters Nancy Farrell and Patty Pyle.
Honoring her wishes there will be no public visitation. A private graveside service will be held at the St. Clair Cemetery with Rev. Bobbie Hineline officiating.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial donations to the Redstone Highlands Benevolent Care Fund, 6 Garden Center Drive, Greensburg, Pa. 15601 or one's favorite charity.
