Rita Riley

Rita Marie Riley, 91, of Greensburg, died Tuesday, May 12, 2020 in Oak Hill Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Greensburg.  She was born in McKeesport on July 22, 1928, a daughter of the late Peter and Julia DeNino Solano.  She was a former member of St. Paul Parish, Greensburg.  Rita was an avid bingo player. She was an artist that loved working in oils and she was well known for her family wedding posters. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by the love of her life, her husband, James F. Riley in 1994; 2 infant sisters; 3 sisters, Mary Ann Somma, Victoria Solano and Theresa Solano; and brother, Peter Solano.  She is survived by her children, Terri Packe, Maureen Bull, James Riley, Kathy Dodson, Chris Stillitano (Dave), Patti Hohman (Fred), Rita Riley, Mary Gunter (Scott); 14 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren; sister, Gerry Solano and brother, Francis Solano (Carol); several nieces and nephews.  Services for Rita are private and are being handled by Kepple-Graft Funeral Home, Greensburg.  Rita's family would like to thank the staff at Oak Hill Nursing and Rehab Center and the staff of Heritage Hospice for all the love and enduring care given to their beloved mother.  For online condolences, please visit www.kepplegraft.com.
