Robert F. Baughman , 84 of Greensburg passed away on Wednesday June 26, 2013 at his home.
He was born on March 22, 1929 in Hempfield Township and was the son of the late Clair G.E. and Lydia Atchenson Baughman..
Bob was a retired draftsman for the Elliott Corp.
He was a member of the Harrold Zion Lutheran Church and had served on the church council and their cemetery board and the Son shiners of the Church and a former member of the church choir. He was a fifty year member of Philanthropy Lodge #225 and served on the Hempfield Recreation Board, a member of the Elliott Retiree's, Fort Allen Social Club, V.F.W. Post #33, Youngwood Moose, S.N.P.J. Club and Youngwood Sportsman's Club.
He was preceded in death in addition to his parents by his wife Lois in 2008 and a grandson Matthew Lightner.
Bob is survived by his two daughters, Janice Wilson and husband Melvin of N.C. and Joann Lightner of Greensburg his sister Dorothy Henry and husband Robert of Greensburg and three grandchildren, Brent Wilson and wife Colleen, Erin Citro and husband Ed and Jenna Cusack and husband Peter and four great grandchildren, Ella and Benjamin Wilson, Noah and Lily Cusack and Jordan Citro and numerous nieces and nephews.
Family and friends will be received on Friday from 4-8 pm at the Kepple-Graft Funeral Home, 524 N. Main Street, Greensburg.
Additional visitation will be on Saturday from 10 am to 11 am in the Harrold Zion Lutheran Church with services to begin at 11 am with Rev. John Smaligo officiating.
Private interment will be in the Westmoreland Co. Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorials to the Harrold Zion Lutheran Church , 671 Baltzer Meyer Pike, Greensburg, Pa.
