Robert Max "Rob" Pischke, 56, of Latrobe (Unity Township), died Friday, July 17, 2015, at Excela Health Latrobe Hospital. He was born in Ferndale, Mich., a son of Margaret Louise Pischke Thiry, of Greensburg, and the late Joseph W. Pischke. Rob was a member of Charter Oak United Methodist Church, Greensburg. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in business from West Virginia University. Rob was employed as the general manager of Multi-Metals Company Inc., of Greensburg. He was a former Boy Scout troop leader for Troop No. 478, Greensburg, where his three sons all became Eagle Scouts. Rob was a loving husband and father and he enjoyed golfing, boating and working on cars. In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife of 32 years, Cynthia "Cindy" Dey Pischke; three sons, Ryan Pischke, of Murrysville, Jason Pischke, of Latrobe, and Sean Pischke, of Latrobe; three sisters, Kathy Mancuso (Jack), of Greensburg, Deb Cidboy (Bob), of Georgia, and Sandy MacDonald (Alex), of Maine; a brother, Joseph Pischke (Susanne), of Georgia; and also numerous nieces and nephews. Family and friends will gather from 11 a.m. until the hour of Rob's memorial service at 1 p.m. Wednesday in Charter Oak United Methodist Church, 449 Frye Farm Road, Greensburg, PA 15601, with Pastor Chris Whitehead officiating.
