Robert B. Troy, 87, passed away on Monday, August 20, 2012 in Bethlen Home.
He was born on November 13, 1924 in Unity Township, son of the late Margaret (Frye) and Robert Troy. Robert was a member of Our Lady of Grace, former member of Westmoreland Hunt and Rolling Rock Hunt Club, the U.S. Pony Club, and the Latrobe Elks. He retired as Senior Executive Vice-President of Southwest Bank.
Besides his parents, Robert was preceded in death by his sisters, Sara Schnoubelt and Lois Shaffer and brother, Kenneth Troy.
Surviving are his wife, Lila June (Beggs) Troy, daughter Alice Troy and husband, Stephen Yslas of Pacific Palisades, CA and Ligonier, PA and granddaughter, Emily Yslas.
Family and friends will be received on Tuesday from 5-8 pm at the KEPPLE-GRAFT Funeral Home, (an authorized remembrance provider) 524 North Main Street Greensburg, Pennsylvania.
Services will be held on Wednesday at Our Lady of Grace Church at 9:30am with Father Paul Lisik officiating.
