Susan A. Schwab, 64, of Greensburg, passed away Sunday, January 18, 2015 at Walnut Ridge Memory Care, Greensburg.
She was born on February 27, 1950 in New Britain, CT, a daughter of Anthony and Francis Kozuch D'Addese.
She was a member of St. Bruno Church and the church's rosary altar society. Susan also volunteered at Excela Westmoreland Hospital, Meals on Wheels and ParentWise.
Along with her parents, she is survived by her husband of over 39 years, Stewart A. Schwab; her sisters, Jackie D'Addese, Kathy Joslyn; a brother, Joseph D'Addese and his wife Yvonne; numerous nieces and nephews and all who loved her.
The family would like to thank the nurses and staff at Walnut Ridge Memory Care for all of their care.

Family and friends may gather at the Bailey Funeral Home 48 Broad Street in Plainville, CT on Friday, January 23 from 8:30 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. with a Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at Our Lady of Mercy Church 94 Broad Street at 11:00 a.m. Burial will be held privately. Memorial donations in Susan's name may be made to Saint Bruno Church 1715 Poplar Street Greensburg, Pa. 15601 or to Meals on Wheels 22 West Main Street Meriden, CT 06451.
