Vicky Lou (Haupt) Clemens Kane Forbes, 86, of Greensburg, died Friday, Nov. 21, 2014, in Excela Health Westmoreland Hospital.
She was born in Hawthorne, a daughter of the late Wallace and Mable Haupt. Vicky was an extraordinary caregiver to family and beyond. She was a member of First Presbyterian Church, Greensburg. Vicky also volunteered at the former Jeannette Hospital and the former St. Joseph's School for Handicapped Children. She was the last survivor of nine children of the Haupt family.
In addition to her parents and siblings, she was preceded in death by her husbands, Bernard "Buck" Clemens, James "Jim" Kane and Russell "Russ" Forbes; and a son, Scott Clemens.
She is survived by a son, Gregg Clemens, of Georgetown, Maine; stepchildren, Carol Kane Struble, of Greensburg, Cathy Kane Holloway, of Logan, Ohio, Carol Fay Forbes McCandless, of Columbus, Ohio, and John Forbes; a sister-in-law, Geraldine Clemens, of Greensburg; also, a number of step-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren.
