Violet Marsh

Violet Lorrayne Marsh, 83 of Greensburg, passed on June 29, 2010 into the open arms of Jesus and welcomed our mother into his kingdom. She was born April 6, 1927 in Youngwood a daughter of the late William and Sarah Barclay Rhodes.

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband Robert Marsh, a brother William Rhodes and a granddaughter Lauren Faith Scafuri.a��

She is survived by her daughters, Robin Mangini and husband John of Greensburg, Carol Marsh and Mona Scafuri and husband Charles all of Murrysville.; Grandchildren, Amy Hall and husband James of Winchester, VA, Barbara Crusan and husband William of Litchfield, NH, Robert and Marie Scafuri of Murrysville, Michael Scafuri of South Carolina, and Gina Negrin of New York; Great-Grandchildren, Rebecca Hall and Andrew and Jackson Crusan, two sisters Audrey Palmer and Eleanor Campbell, a brother Carl Rhodes and wife Betty and two sisters-in-law Mary Marsh and Florence Marsh and several nieces and nephews.

Family and friends will be received on Thursday from 4-8 PM at the Kepple-Graft Funeral Home, Inc. 524 North Main St. Greensburg.

A prayer service will be held at 9 AM Friday in the funeral home followed by a Funeral Mass at 9:30 am the Blessed Sacrament Cathedral, Greensburg.
