Virginia M. Turner, 91 of Greensburg, passed away Friday, August 9, 2024 at Brookdale Latrobe. She was born May 18, 1933 in Bel Air, MD a daughter of the late Ernest B. and Hazel (Amos) Maddox. Virginia was an active member of St. Matthias Evangelical Lutheran Church in Greensburg. She belonged to the Alwine Thimble sisters and enjoyed sewing and gardening. Prior to retirement she worked as an office administrator for Precise Plastics. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her siblings, Louise, Margaret, Katherine, and John. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family. Surviving are her sons, Robert (Juliana) Turner, Alan (Judy) Turner, David Turner, and Nathan Turner; grandchildren, Robert A. Turner, Kimberly Angel, Crystal Van Deenevile, Loralyn Turner, Nicole Turner, and Ethan Turner; great-grandchildren, Jonathan, Thomas, and Sophia; and numerous nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held for Virginia on Thursday,  August 29th at 11am at St. Matthias Evangelical Lutheran Church 100 Chapel View Drive, Greensburg, PA 15601. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Blackburn Center PO Box 398, Greensburg, PA 15601.KEPPLE-GRAFT Funeral Home entrusted with the arrangements.
