Wilma 'Ruth' Sherid, 89 of Greensburg, Pennsylvania, went to be with her husband, M.T. 'Moe' Sherid on Wednesday, April 25, 2012.
She was born September 5, 1922 in Greene County, daughter of the lateWilliam McKinley and Bernice Holder Miles .
'Ruth' was a member of First Christian Church in Greensburg. She was active in CYF and a member of PA State Police Retirement Women's Auxiliary.
She attended Waynesburg College and enjoyed using her math skills at numerous places of employment over the years.
'Ruth' leaves behind a son, John W. Sherid (Malinda) of Greensburg, a daughter, Jane Bair (Gale) of Mazama, WA, 5 grandsons, and 4 great grandchildren.
Family and friends will be received Friday from 2 to 4pm and from 6 to 8pm at the KEPPLE-GRAFT Funeral Home, (an authorized remembrance provider) 524 North Main Street Greensburg, Pennsylvania.
Services will be held at 10am Saturday at the funeral home with Dr. Renny Domske officiating.
Private interment will take place at Greene County Memorial Park.
