Xzavier Louis Eubank, 2, of Greensburg, passed away Monday, Nov. 12, 2012, in Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh of UPMC. He was born Jan. 18, 2010, in Greensburg, and was the son of John Leon Eubank and Alyssa Marie Maybury.
Besides his parents, Xzavier is survived by his sister, Jasmine Leigh Eubank; maternal grandmother, Allison Maybury; uncle, Brian Maybury; paternal grandmother, Dorothy Mae Allen; and aunt, Toya Eubank.
Family and friends will be received from 5 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the KEPPLE-GRAFT FUNERAL HOME INC., (an authorized remembrance provider), 524 N. Main St., Greensburg. Services will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday in the funeral home. Private interment will take place in St. Clair Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh Foundation, One Children's Hospital Drive, Central Plant, Floor 3, 4401 Penn Ave., Pittsburgh, PA 15224-1342. Terence L. Graft, funeral director, entrusted with the arrangements.
