Amy Smail

Amy May Smail, 91 of Greensburg, passed away Tuesday, August 23,2016 at her home.

She was born August 14, 1925 in Greensburg, a daughter of the late LeeRoy and Grace Clark Smail.

Amy was a member of the Church of God Holiness and was very faithful to her church. She financially supported missions in the United States and abroad. Amy was a former Sunday School teacher and was known as a 'prayer warrior' to her church and family.

Prior to retirement she worked for Anns Bakery, Thrift Drug and Troutmans Restaurant all in Greensburg.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, William Smail and her sisters, Martha Nye and Grace Weightman.

Amy is survived by her twin sister, Emma 'Jean' Miller; sister-in-law, Betty Smail and several nieces and nephews.

Family and friends will be received on Friday from 10am until the time of service at noon at the Church of God Holiness 295 Smartnick Rd, Greensburg, PA 15601.

Interment will follow in Hillview Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Church of God Holiness Missions 295 Smartnick Rd, Greensburg, PA 15601.
