Debra Mae (Weiskircher) Costello 54, of Greensburg as a final act of love was allowed to join her father on June 4th, 2009. She died peacefully surrounded by her loving family after a long and valiant fight against breast cancer. She was born in McKeesport on August 4, 1954. Debbie was a member of the Boston United Methodist Church in Boston, PA and the First United Methodist Church in Greensburg. A 1972 graduate of Elizabeth Forward High School and a 1975 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, School of Dental Hygiene, she was employed by her husband Charles Costello as a business manager in his dental practice in Greensburg. Debbie was preceded in death by her father, Albert (Abbie) Weiskircher of Mt. Vernon, PA and her grandparents Russell and Gladys Weiskircher of Boston, PA, and Frank and Edith White of Elizabeth Township, PA. Debbie is survived by her devoted husband of 34 years, Charles R. Costello Jr. D.M.D., three children, Jaclyn M. Costello M.D., Andrew C. Costello, and Patrick A. Costello, all of Greensburg, her mother Helen Weiskircher of Mt. Vernon, PA ; her brother Jay A. Weiskireher, wife Ann Weiskircher and daughters Kristin and Katie Weiskircher of Centerville, Ohio; and father- and mother-in-law Charles and Rose Costello Sr. of Greensburg as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. Debbie was a devoted, loving mother to her children and her spirit will live on for generations in the morals and ethics she taught them. She will be greatly missed by all those whose lives she touched and most particularly by her husband, children and mother. Friends and loved ones will be received at the Kepple-Graft Funeral Home, 524 N. Main Street Greensburg, on Saturday from 6 to 8 pm and Sunday, from 2-4 pm and 6-8 pm. Funeral services will be held at the Boston United Methodist Church, 6103 Smithfield St. Boston, (Elizabeth Township) PA on Monday, June 8, 2009 at 11:00 AM. With Pastor Ken Jones officiating.
