Juanita Pardus

Juanita J. Pardus, 80 of Greensburg, passed away, June 20, 2016 at Excela Health Westmoreland.

She was born June 3, 1936 in Saltsburg, PA, a daughter of the late Harry I. Trice Sr.  and Velma L. Boring Tiernan.

Juanita was an active member of Harrold Zion Lutheran Church in Greensburg and enjoyed helping with the All About Kids Preschool located in the church. She was also a volunteer at Westmoreland Manor and was a reading tutor.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Lisa Mary Pardus.

Surviving are her loving husband of 61 years, Michael S. Pardus, Jr.;  sons, Michael J. Pardus (Susan), Jeffrey C. Pardus, Chris A. Pardus  (Terri) all of Greensburg, Drew S. Pardus-Abbadessa (Frances) of New York City, nine grandchildren, Jeffrey Pardus (Tiffany), Adrienne Burick (Jeff), Abigail Hardesty (Stephen), Allison Howard (Dave), Ben Pardus (fiancee, Ashley Hart), Caleb Pardus (fiancee, Nichole Geyer), Zach Pardus, Pavol Pardus-Abbadessa and Francesco Pardus-Abbadessa; three great grandchildren, Blake Pardus, Elyses and Nico Hardesty; brothers, Harry I. Trice, Jr. (Sally) of CT and James W. Trice (Connie) of FL; and sister, Velma L. Delligatti and husband, the late James Delligatti of Connellsville; and sister-in-law Patty Pardus.

Family and friends will be received  on Wednesday from 2-4pm and 6-8pm at the KEPPLE-GRAFT Funeral Home 524 N. Main Street, Greensburg.

Additional visitation will be held on Thursday at the Harrold Zion Lutheran Church 671 Baltzer Meyer Pike, Greensburg from 10am until the time of service at 11am with Rev. John Smaligo officiating.

Interment will follow in the Westmoreland Co. Memorial Park.
