Mary Nauman

Mary L. Nauman, 87, of Greensburg, died Tuesday, Sept. 6, 2016. She was born Dec. 15, 1928, in Pittsburgh, and was the daughter of the late John and Marie Sweeny Lahm.

Mary worked in retail and fashion and had done modeling for many years. She was a member of Blessed Sacrament Cathedral and volunteered for the Westmoreland Hospital Ladies Auxiliary, Daffodil Days, Relay for Life and Great American Smoke out for the American Cancer Society.

Mary was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, William P. Nauman, her first child, Deborah Ann Nauman, and a brother, Robert Lahm. First and foremost, raising her children was her life's work.

She is survived by her son, Bill (Michele) Nauman; daughters, Maribeth (Dave) Coleman, Patti (Dana) Liebegott and Lisa Warren; along with 12 grandchildren.

Family and friends are invited to a funeral Mass at 9:30 a.m. Friday in the Blessed Sacrament Cathedral, 300 N. Main St., Greensburg. KEPPLE-GRAFT FUNERAL HOME is entrusted with the arrangements. In lieu of flowers, donations maybe be made to the Alzheimer's Association, www.alz.org/donate.
